Meal Prep Ideas

Hi! I am Abbie. I am wife, dog mom and a full time Personal Trainer, both in person and online. I have been in the fitness profession for over 5 years. The number one question I get from clients and friends: "How do I meal plan?". I am creating a blog that shares weekly meal plans, grocery lists, and recipes.

As far as my diet, I am gluten free. My husband and I are working towards being plant based MOST of the time. We will continue to eat lean meats.

This blog will be helpful to anyone wanting new ideas around healthy eating.

For this week - {We filmed the grocery trip with a haul} We did all of our grocery shopping at Aldi. We typically have a menu planned for each meal, plus snacks.

Meal Plan: Breakfast: Egg Muffins (Both) (Egg Muffin Recipe from Delish: https://rb.gy/s80jfs)

Snacks/Misc: Apples and Peanut butter Smoothie Frozen pizza (on Friday nights) Frozen french fries (weekend snack)
