Workouts are created centered around your goals, your current level of fitness, your available equipment, and the frequency of which you’re willing to commit to your training. Once we have a plan in place we touch base weekly to ensure you are staying on track to achieve your goals.
We create a 12-week workout plan made just for you! We set up the parameters of your workout plan using your current level of fitness, your available equipment, and the frequency of which you’re willing to commit to your workout. We’ll talk through the the plan to make sure it’s what you need and what you were looking for, then you’re off and running!
Facebook Challenge Groups
Challenge groups are a great way to stay accountable within a community of people. Groups will run for different amounts of time, whether it be 4, 6, or 8 weeks.
