Virtual Personal Training 1:1 Sessions

Virtual Personal Training is done via two-way video chat (i.e. Zoom, Facetime, Google Hangouts, etc). Workouts are created centered around your goals, your current level of fitness, available equipment, and the frequency of which you’re willing to commit to your training. During the session, I demo the exercise, correct your form and motivate you to be the best version of yourself. 

In - Person Training 1:1 Sessions

 

Train in person with access to a full gym. During the session, I demo the exercise, correct your form and motivate you to be the best version of yourself.
