Getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment! Choosing to live a fit and healthy life is an amazing and empowering decision that anyone can make. I believe whole-heartedly in finding the joy in fitness. And while there will definitely be a sore muscle or two, the benefits of fitness far outweigh the pain and discomfort. I have developed my training regime by working with a variety of people; and I always love adapting and personalizing my program to each new client. What are you waiting for? Let’s get started!
WHAT I DO
Workouts are created based off of your lifestyle! I have you covered whether you prefer home workouts, travel workouts, or workouts for the gym. They can be anything from: low-impact flexibility, strength for muscle development, or high-impact circuit training for weight loss. Your individualized workout is based completely off your needs!
Discovering a healthy lifestyle can feel like a full-time job at times, and can be overwhelming. Setting goals with my clients is the first step. Along the way we celebrate the wins, we discuss fears, guilt, and discouragement, and then we identify the actions that are holding them back instead of pushing them forward.
